Gerry Lopez is awesome. Period. And I am pleased to have produced this video edit of him and friends surfing the Deschutes River at the Bend Whitewater Park.
Watching a legend do his thing is a rewarding experience. Sharing a wave with him is even more special.
Enjoy!

That was awesome to watch—Gerry makes it look effortless. I’ve been trying to film my own river sessions lately, and having a simple editor helps a lot. I’ve been using https://www.movavi.com/support/how-to/capture-vhs.html to cut clips and add a few slow-mos. It’s not fancy, but it’s super easy to work with, especially for quick edits after a surf.
